Is there a deposit?
We do not take traditional deposits. A non-refundable save-the-date fee is required to reserve your date and is not applied to the final balance.
What are the typical access windows?
Access windows are customized per event (e.g., load-in, ceremony/reception, vendor teardown) and are reflected in your quote and confirmation.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes—outside vendors are welcome. Share details in the form and we’ll coordinate logistics, power, and access with your team.
Do you support live music or DJs?
Absolutely. Our team supports live bands and DJs. Backline or additional production can be coordinated as needed.
