DO YOU HAVE SEATING?

The only way to guarantee a seat or stool, is to purchase a VIP ticket. VIP seats are assigned by the order in which they are received. There may be a very limited number of GA stools or seats available depending on the event. Group VIP seating options are available for parties of 6 or more via info@5pointsmusic.com

WHAT IS YOUR BAG/PURSE POLICY?

We do not allow any oversized backpacks. All bags and purses are subject to search.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS…

Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

ARE MINORS ALLOWED?

Age restrictions vary for each show, please check the show listing. For kid-friendly shows, children must not be left unattended. We do not provide childcare, and if we see an unattended child we will give them sugar and promise them a puppy before returning them to you…

WHERE CAN I GET TICKETS TO SHOWS AT THE SANCTUARY?

You can also purchase tickets at the door with cash or card.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

The music venue is open on show nights to ticket holders only. Please check our page for show dates and times.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND DRINKS?

The Sanctuary music venue has two bars for your drinking pleasure, one on the ground floor and another on the mezzanine. For many of our shows, the mezzanine bar is only accessible to VIP ticket holders.

Delicious food is generally available through food trucks and catered events, please check show listing for specific event details.

DO YOU ALLOW CAMERAS?

No flash photography or cameras are allowed. Photographers must be on the media guest list to photograph a show. Some bands do not allow non-professional photography, so please check the show listing for any specific restrictions.

CAN I GO IN AND OUT?

You can go in and out, but must show your wristband and/or stamp to re-enter the venue.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Smoking is not allowed inside The Sanctuary, but we do allow smoking outside the front entrance during shows. Wristbands will be required for re-entry.

IS THE SANCTUARY ADA/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

We are happy to accommodate you. Please contact info@5pointsmusic.com to let us know your accessibility needs. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and identify yourself when you arrive at the venue.

I’M SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE GUEST LIST…

If you are supposed to be on a guest list, be sure you know the name of the person who has put you on the list. It is also a good idea to confirm with that person that you are on the list 24 hours before the show. Valid ID is always required at The 5 Points Music Sanctuary, and it is essential when you are picking up tickets at Will-Call or from the Guest list. We are not responsible for mistakes made by band members, radio stations, or other promotional groups, although we will follow up on guest list questions to the best of our ability.

DO YOU HAVE A COAT/BAG CHECK?

We currently do not offer coat OR bag check

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

There are several parking lots and plenty of street parking located in the neighborhood.

CAN I BRING FIRE/LED POI, A SELFIE STICK, BALLOONS, OR OTHER BULKY ITEM MY HEART DESIRES?

No, we do not allow oversized backpacks, hula hoops, fire poi, poles, balloons, etc. due to safety and space restrictions, thank you!
